We founded Trident Fitness because we believe that real transformation happens when people lift each other up, literally and figuratively. Here, it's not just about the weights you move or the miles you run; it's about the high fives after a tough set, the encouragement you give (and receive) on those days when motivation feels low, and the friendships that form over shared sweat and smiles.
Whether you're just starting out, getting back into a routine, or pushing toward your next personal record, you'll find a welcoming space filled with diverse individuals, beginners and veterans, young and seasoned, all supporting one another. Our group classes buzz with energy and camaraderie, our trainers know your name and cheer your progress, and every member contributes to the positive, motivating vibe that makes this place feel like home.

Meet the General Manager
Originally from Atlanta, GA, Jenny Rice brings over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry to her role as General Manager of Trident Fitness in Springtown, TX. She moved to Fort Worth in 2016 for her husband’s career and has called Springtown home since 2022.
Jenny has an education in Exercise Physiology and is a certified Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), combining her scientific knowledge with a passion for mindful movement. She is deeply committed to helping people achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized guidance, functional fitness, and a focus on overall well-being.
Known for her enthusiasm and dedication, Jenny fosters a welcoming and motivating environment where members of all levels feel empowered to move, grow, and thrive. Outside of the gym, Jenny enjoys spending time with her husband and their French Bulldog, Frankie embracing an active and balanced lifestyle both personally and professionally.
Meet the Kids Club Coordinator
Karen Sorah is an Early Childhood and Elementary Education graduate with over 30 years of combined teaching and directing experience. Her goal is to provide the children of Trident Fitness members with an engaging experience through hands-on activities including games, songs, movement, and most of all playing. As Kids Club Coordinator, Karen is excited to encourage playful opportunities for every child.
Trident Kids Club strives to provide children with a purposeful space for focused play.
