Abigail is a passionate powerlifter and dedicated strength coach with over four years of competitive experience. Powerlifting has transformed her life both on and off the platform, shaping her confidence, discipline, and mindset.
She has proudly competed at the THSWPA State Championships three consecutive years, participated in multiple USPA meets, and earned the title of 2024 International Powerlifting League World Champion.
While powerlifting is a major part of her background, Abigail believes that strength training is for everyone. She works with athletes of all experience levels and goals from competitive powerlifters and student-athletes to individuals simply looking to get stronger, move better, and feel more confident in their bodies.
Abigail is especially passionate about helping individuals with special needs build strength, confidence, and independence through structured strength training. Having a sister, Allison, who has Down syndrome, has given her a deeply personal understanding of how meaningful and empowering the right training approach can be. This perspective shapes her coaching philosophy and fuels her commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive environment where every athlete can thrive.
As an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Powerlifting Instructor, Abigail's coaching approach is safe, patient, and fully customized to each individual's abilities and goals. Whether an athlete is learning proper lifting technique, building a consistent routine, preparing for competition, improving athletic performance, or simply gaining confidence in the gym, she meets them where they are and helps them progress with confidence.
