Angela Campbell
Angela Campbell is a personal trainer, holistic nutritionist, health coach, group fitness instructor, wife, and mom. She coaches women in their health journey by utilizing a holistic approach to nutrition, a realistic approach to their fitness and a healing approach to their mindset. Angela specializes in women over 40 learning how to strength train and fuel their body to heal and ignite their metabolism.
Angela has been in the fitness industry for over 16 years in person as well as online helping women all over the world break free from dieting & the programming that leads many to sacrificing their health to care for everyone else first. Her purpose and mission was born from her own personal journey that health must come first so she can show up as the best version of herself for her children, husband, clients and her team.
