Jenny Rice

Jenny Rice is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) through Yoga Alliance, a Certified Holy Yoga Instructor (C-HYI), and Pre/Post-Natal certified. She has been leading students through breath and movement since 2015 and is passionate about helping people of all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels feel confident and at home in their bodies.

Jenny's classes focus on functional movement, intentional breathwork, and sustainable yoga sequences designed to build strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility. Her approach is mindful and accessible. Expect to move, sweat, and breathe. All levels are welcome. Yoga for every BODY.

In addition to yoga, Jenny leads a 20-minute core-focused strength class called Express Core. This class emphasizes proper activation and strengthening of deep core muscles and is suitable for all fitness levels.
