Jessica is a group fitness instructor bringing the energy, one beat at a time. Turning sweat into confidence. Jessica teaches Step & Groove—a high energy cardio workout that combines classic step choreography with fun dance inspired moves for a full body workout. She also teaches Cardio Party—a cardio dance style workout that burns calories and boosts endurance.
