PilatesxStrength is led by Karley Hathorn, a homeschooling mom of three with over 15 years of strength training experience. After discovering mat Pilates two years ago, Karley combined traditional strength training principles with Pilates to create classes that build real, functional strength, without sacrificing core control, stability, or posture.

Her classes are designed to meet members where they are. You can complete each workout using bodyweight alone or increase the challenge with bands, weights, blocks, and other props. Every class offers clear options to scale up or down, making it accessible for beginners while still challenging experienced movers.

Karley is a certified Mat Pilates Instructor and Certified Personal Trainer. PilatesxStrength focuses on smart movement, strong foundations, and sustainable progress.
